About Chongbang Development Limited:

The Chongbang Group was founded in 2003 by a group of Hongkong and Singaporean investors, together with a team of seasoned real estate professionals. Chongbang set a clear, and rather unique, business focus for itself right at the outset, i.e., investment and development of retail-anchored mixed-use real estate projects in China. They are branded "life hubs", meaning the centre of living. As of to-date, Chongbang has embarked on five retail-anchored mixed-use development projects, four in Shanghai and one in Kunshan. Chongbang serves as both co-investors and managers of all these projects.
