CHUA Choy SoonSEB Investment Gmbh (Germany) | Managing Director Choy-Soon Chua is a Managing Director at SEB Investment GmbH, responsible for global real estate investments, based in Frankfurt, Germany. Choy-Soon has been with SEB since 2003, and was instrumental in growing its global portfolio of real estate assets under management from previously €4bn to currently roughly €14bn. SEB Investment GmbH is now the fourth-largest provider of open-ended real estate mutual funds in Germany. After studying engineering in Hamburg and having held several positions in Singapore and Amsterdam in the aviation industry, Choy-Soon's real estate career commenced with GIC Real Estate in 1995, first in Singapore, San Francisco, Frankfurt and finally in London, where he last led the European asset management for GIC Real Estate. LEE Hing Yin Ping An Trust (China) | Senior Executive Director Mr LEE is responsible for formulating investment strategy and other activities related to real estate investment, such as setting up of real estate funds, deal negotiations and execution.
