Mr. Chinappi is Managing Director and the Global Head of Principal Finance Real Estate for Standard Chartered Bank. Principal Finance is part of Standard Chartered Bank's Wholesale Banking business and invests, primarily on behalf of the bank, in private equity, infrastructure, alternative assets and real estate. Principal Finance's real estate group is responsible for making equity, preferred equity and mezzanine investments in completed properties, property developments and real estate operating companies with a geographic focus on Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Mr. Chinappi is based in Hong Kong.

Prior to assuming his present role in mid-2010, Mr. Chinappi was Managing Director and Head of Asia Pacific Acquisitions for RREEF, Deutsche Bank's global real estate investment management division. Mr. Chinappi joined Deutsche Bank/RREEF in New York in 1994 (through its predecessor company Bankers Trust) and relocated to Hong Kong in 1999 to establish its presence in Asia ex-Japan. During his tenure with Deutsche Bank/RREEF, he was involved in the real estate investment banking, principal investment and real estate investment management businesses.

Mr. Chinappi has a B.A. degree in Economics from Georgetown University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute.

Bryan T. Southergill is a Managing Director and head of the Asia real estate investing business within the Global Special Opportunities Group (GSOG). Based in Hong Kong, Bryan joined J.P.Morgan in October 2007. During his time at J.P.Morgan, Bryan and his team have made equity and debt investments in real estate companies and hard assets across Asia. Prior to joining J.P.Morgan, Bryan spent nearly 10 years in Morgan Stanley's real estate group based in New York, London and Hong Kong and had responsibility for both principal investing projects and corporate finance advisory assignments in the United States, Europe and Asia. Bryan served as a director of many entities involving Morgan Stanley's real estate investments, including the AIM-listed Songbird Estates (Canary Wharf). Bryan received a BA degree, magna cum laude, from Amherst College, majoring in both Economics and Political Science.

François Trausch is CEO of GE Capital Real Estate Asia Pacific. François was appointed to this role in April 2010. Recently he was also appointed President & CEO, GE Capital Real Estate Japan. Prior to 2010, he was the Regional Leader of Western Europe, head of the French platform, and Managing Director of France. Joining GE in 1996, François held roles in Risk, Investments, and Asset Management. Prior to GE, François worked for Goldman Sachs (London) and Tishman Speyer Properties (New York and Berlin). He holds a business degree from ESCP in Paris and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
