Starting from 1st of January 2011 he is Head of CS & Research at IVG Immobilien AG, Bonn
and from May 2011 Managing Director and Head of CS & Research

SIGDA Michael SIGDA Michael
Bureau Veritas | Head of Green Building and Sustainability services
Mickael Sigda, graduated form the French ISE Engineering School and Paris Science University, gained his experience during the past 10 years within Bureau Veritas where he has held several positions.

Specialist of the environmental and sustainable development questions, he was in charge of the business development QHSE services between 2003 and 2005. Between 2005 and 2007, he moved to the international development teams, with the objective to deploy HSE business at the group level (Turnover > 200 million €). Then between 2007 and 2010, he headed the Energy and Carbon department, composed of more than 20 engineers dedicated to Energy analysis, both at construction and Operation phases. He contributed to the development of the Green Rating, a tool jointly developed by Bureau Veritas and some major real estate owners in Europe. His teams gained strong experience in Energy and Carbon technical advisory of large international clients.
End of 2011, he was appointed Head of Green Building Services for the group, a department aiming at developing the Energy, Carbon audits and certification tools in more than 15 countries. He also holds various positions in international sustainability working groups.

PETER Ed PETER Ed

Ed Peter is a native to Hong Kong and had graduated and practiced architecture in the United Kingdom, working for a number of design-led practices in London. In 2002, he returned to the city and joined Integrated Design Associates (IDA) working on a number of infrastructure and commercial projects. In the last 5 years, Ed had been living in Beijing to oversee the construction of the award-winning environmental mixed-use development, ParkviewGreen (winner of MIPIMAsia Award 2010, Best Green Building)
Ed, who is an Associate Director at IDA, has frequently worked closely with clients, consultants, contractors and artists to develop and deliver a range of large scale, high profile and complex projects. Ed has particular expertise in using cutting-edge technology, advanced environmental and engineering systems from concept stage right through to implementation, and has special interests on the subject of the appropriate use of technologies in projects.

LEE Raymond LEE Raymond
EKEO | Head of Energizing Kowloon East Office
Mr. Raymond Lee has recently taken up the job of the Head of the Energizing Kowloon East Office. The Office is set up under the Works Branch of the Development Bureau, the inauguration of which was officiated by the Secretary for Development on 7 June 2012..
Before taking up his new post, Mr. Lee was the Assistant Director of Planning, responsible for territorial planning studies. He is a professional town planner with extensive experience including planning for the old airport site at Kai Tak, review of the Town Planning Ordinance, harbor-front planning and development, boundary closed area and cross-boundary planning, and planning for new development areas in the New Territories. Mr. Lee is currently the Vice-president of the Hong Kong Institute of Planners.

Glan studied Building Services Engineering at the National College, South Bank University and has work experience with Haden Young, Mott Macdonald, ABB Flakt and IEI. In 1987 he joined Hiross as Director of the Environmental Division and became a specialist in the Flexible Space Underfloor Air Conditioning System, developing the product design for the "Fantile" and the unique temperature-sensing device.

In 1993, Glan incorporated AET with a remit to develop the worldwide sales and marketing of the Flexible Space System. AET now has additional offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing and Mumbai. In 2009 AET became the manufacturer of the Flexible Space System and more recently Glan has become a partner in a manufacturer of Solar Thermal Collectors developing Renewable HVAC Solutions.

Glan has delivered papers and speeches in many countries over the years including CIBSE and ASHRAE conferences, speaking about Intelligent Building, Sustainability and Energy Efficiency.
