In this role Paul is responsible for Goodman's Japan platform consisting of 60 real estate professionals operating across land acquisition, development, construction management, property management and fund management in the Japanese logistics real estate sector. Over the last 16 years Paul has gained experience in investment banking, acquisition, finance, development and fund management, including the last 5 years living in Tokyo, Japan. Paul commenced his professional career in Perth, Western Australia in chartered accounting before joining the Bank of Scotland in Sydney where he specialized in real estate and private equity prior to joining Macquarie Bank in Sydney in 2004. Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Finance) and a Bachelor of Laws both from the University of Western Australia, and a Masters of Finance from Macquarie University in Sydney. In his previous role, he was Senior Vice President, Head of Operations for Prologis Japan and oversaw operations for all assets throughout Japan, Singapore and Korea.
