David Faulkner is an Executive Director of Colliers International responsible for valuation and advisory services in the Asian region. He joined Colliers International in 2003 after 15 years with Insignia Brooke, and has been based in Asia for over 27 years. He has advised on a variety of major projects in Hong Kong, China and elsewhere in the Asian region including valuations, feasibility studies, development consultancy and structuring investments. He covers all the major sectors including residential, commercial, retail, industrial, hospitality and leisure. He also acts as an independent expert in making determinations in commercial rent disputes and has advised on a number of complex property valuation issues
David is a member of the RICS Asia Board, and is also a Chairman of Asia Valuation Professional Group Board; a member of International Valuation Professional Board of the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC); a member of the ULI North Asia Council; practising member of The Academy of Experts and a member of the Best Practices Committee of the Asian Public Real Estate Association (APREA).

Alan Collett was inaugurated as the 131st President of RICS on 02 July 2012. Alan is Consultant to Allsop LLP and Chairman of Allsop Residential Investment Management, having joined Allsop & Co from the College of Estate Management in 1972. He was a Senior Partner from 1996-2006.

Alan has worked in private practice dealing with residential and mixed use investment, valuation, development and agency and has also acted as a Fixed Charge Receiver and Expert Witness.

Alan is also Director at Consortium Investment Management Ltd; Honorary Fellow and member of the Board at the College of Estate Management; Member of Securities Institute and Investment Property Forum; Chairman of BPF Residential Committee and member of the RICS Communication Board.

The son of, and the father of Chartered Surveyors, he is passionate about the career opportunities that are open to people throughout the world in land, property and construction.

Mrs. Maggie Brooke is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, and, since 2011, an Honorary Member of the American Institute of Architects (Hong Kong Chapter). She is CEO of Professional Property Services Group, a specialist real estate consultancy providing a wide range of services across the Asia Pacific region and is responsible for many of the firm's consultancy assignments. She has lived and worked in Hong Kong for over 30 years and takes a particular interest in the challenges associated with sustainable development in a dense urban environment.
Maggie is also Chair of the Heritage Hong Kong Foundation (HHKF), a charitable organisation established in 2006 to promote the protection of Hong Kong's built heritage and of the Best Practice Committee of the Harbour Business Forum (HBF) which, via the Business Environment Council of which she is also a director, she represents on the Hong Kong Harbourfront Commission. She is also a member of the Hong Kong New York Urban Planning Exchange and of Planning Alliance.
