Timothy has spent the last forty years dealing with commercial property throughout Europe. 25 years as an international partner of Jones Lang LaSalle in Benelux, Italy, Germany and Russia, where he founded their office in 1995. More recently as the Managing Director of Quantum Potes, a Moscow based investment advisory boutique helping international investors in the Russian and Ukrainian markets. He is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of a number of companies including RGI International, O1 Properties and Fidelity International's European Real Estate Funds.
