Ms. Leong is a veteran with over 20 years of solid experience in retail property development and management; and is well-versed in international travel retail and tourism businesses. She is a founding member of the first international airport shopping mall in Hong Kong, Hong Kong Sky Mart; and is responsible for the development and launch of Elements, the internationally acclaimed and multiple award-winning luxury mall of MTRCL. Elements has, in the first 24 months of operation, received over 20 international and local awards in the disciplines of retail development, luxury mall operations, marketing and customer service. In her current capacity as Head of Investment Properties of the MTR Corporation Limited, Ms Leong overlooks the business of all existing and new MTR shopping malls as well as investment properties in Hong Kong and the Mainland China.
