Mr. Florian Schmied is founder and CEO of Euro Sino Invest Group (ESI) which is focused on investing and developing real estate projects in China. Since 2008, Mr. Schmied has completed two offshore funds, and acquired as well as developed several pieces of land in China. Currently he is raising a fund for a 1 Mio. square meter mixed-use project in Shenyang.
Mr. Schmied is also managing shareholder of M&P group which is a leading German environmental engineering company with over 25 years of experience and 11 offices worldwide, including Beijing.

-Chairman of the Board of several Chinese real estate development companies
