Matthew Zann is founder and CEO of Bear Logi Co.,Ltd., a logistics real estate and construction consulting company based in Tokyo. Prior to Bear Logi, he was Vice President of Investment and Development at J-REP (Currently Goodman Japan). Matthew first came to Japan in 1997 where he worked for the local government in Ibaraki Prefecture on a year-long training basis. He has 15 years real estate industry experience across infrastructure, leisure and industrial projects where he specializes in design, development and acquisition. He is passionate about achieving superior design-led outcomes for his clients and has served on a number of government and institutional urban design panels in Australia and is on the ULI Japan Council. He holds a Bachelor of Town Planning from the University of New England in Australia.
